The FMS is available to every fleet owner and operator who partners with Lithio EV. Your account is set up during onboarding, so the dashboard is ready when your vehicles arrive.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The FMS runs in the browser on desktop, tablet or mobile — just sign in to the FMS admin.
How is location and battery data collected?
Lithio EV vehicles stream GPS telemetry, and swappable batteries stream state of charge and location from their battery management system (BMS), straight to your dashboard.
Do I have to enter my Lithio EV vehicles by hand?
No. Use “Sync from Lithio EV” on the dashboard to pull in the vehicles and batteries from your partnership in one click.
Can I manage my riders’ plans and payments in the FMS?
Yes. Create subscription plans for your riders, run postpaid billing against them, and verify payments before they are marked paid. Every plan purchase and payment is recorded under Transactions.
What happens when a rider needs a different vehicle or wants to leave?
Exchanges swap the vehicle or battery without breaking the booking, and keep the full asset exchange history. Surrender takes a rider through the closure workflow — return, inspection, dues and deposit settlement.
